Designed and engineered custom and complex applications for the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning framework focusing on the improvement of manual or inefficient processes within 5 departments of the company.
Integrated RFC badges into the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning framework for the purpose of attendance and timekeeping, increasing the efficiency of the past manual process by 82%.
Lead and coded a complex GIS asset tracking system and scaled that system to handle 3 million signals per day, for the purpose of tracking vehicles and devices with features such as Geo-fencing, Speed limit notifications, Maintenance scheduling, Motion scheduling and Routing. This includes the user experience, software documentation and quality assurance procedures required for the product.
Engineered a resource scheduling package that interfaced with the current payroll system to improve the payroll process from a manual paper system to an automated one which resulted in a reduction in the processing time of 5 business days.
Planned and created an alert escalation system in the human resources department for the purpose of notifying managers of employee attendance based on time and user parameters. This saw an increase in customer satisfaction by 15%.

Outlined functional requirements and worked with a team of developers and UX designers to build an SOS application that can be paired with a hardware device: BLE beacons to activate the Panic feature in the application which informs set emergency contacts of the user’s situation and GPS location.
